A Leading Northern California Law Firm leading intellectual property litigation practice is seeking a talented and motivated Patent Litigation Associate to join our distinguished IP team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong understanding of patent law and litigation procedures, excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred but not required.Our IP litigators engage in high-stakes patent litigation involving diverse industries spanning computer hardware and software, telecommunications, and e-commerce to solar and wind power technologies. Our clients range from Fortune 100 corporations to emerging start-ups, all of whom trust us to handle their most significant IP disputes with agility and precision.
