Saul Ewing is seeking a driven trusts & estates attorney with at least four years of experience handling complex trusts and estates matters. The ideal candidate is strategic, client-focused, and adept at developing advanced estate and tax planning strategies. Candidates should have experience in advising high-net-worth clients with estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, capital gains, and property tax planning, as well as probate and trust administration matters, charitable giving and planning with irrevocable trusts. Experience with business entities and entity income tax issues is a plus. A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California. The anticipated pay range for this role is $215,000 - $260,000.
