About You:
- You have 3-5 years of commercial transactional/M&A experience at a law firm;
- You have experience with private equity and/or venture capital clients;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or New York).
