Description:
Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing litigation associate to join our
growing Wilmington office and commercial litigation practice.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in handling complex
commercial disputes in a law firm setting and demonstrated litigation
experience in the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex
Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware.
Candidates must have a strong academic background with superior and
sophisticated writing skills. Excellent research, outstanding
communication abilities, and strong work ethic are essential. Must be
admitted to practice in the State of Delaware. The anticipated pay range
for this role is $205,000 - $225,000.
