A National Law Firm seeks an Associate Attorney in its large Denver office to join its busy Litigation practice. This dynamic role is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in business, commercial and real estate litigation. An attorney in the Denver Litigation Department will work with partners, associates and clients in federal and state courts in Colorado and elsewhere.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums, across the country
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
Qualifications: Skills and Abilities
- Desire to take on substantive and leading roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as exceptional research skills
- Possess a strategic and analytical mindset with a commitment to excellence and professionalism

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality assignments in fast paced environment

Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Admitted to practice in Colorado with an active bar license in good standing required
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in business or commercial litigation preferred
Position Information:
- Status: Exempt
- Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000 annual base salary, Commensurate with education and experience
- Work Arrangement: In Office - All employees will be in office. Hybrid arrangements may be available after training at the discretion of the hiring manager.
