The Seattle Office of An American Law Firm is seeking to hire associates with 3-4 years' experience to join its Litigation Practice Group. The candidate would be part of the Firm's ongoing representation of major corporate clients in all types of complex commercial, securities, and employment litigation. Many of the matters involve the defense of class actions. Qualifications include:

Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Superior drafting and research skills;
A strong academic record;
AmLaw 100 law firm experience;
Must be admitted to practice law in Washington state; and
Must be a team player and a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes and/or qualifications:
Post law school graduation experience as a federal or state court trial or appellate judicial clerk for a minimum of one year.
