Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The firms seeks a talented attorney who is capable of handling a case from inception through jury trial, who will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, and can provide our clients with personalized legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage assigned cases and docket.
- Proficiently handle all litigation related tasks: investigation, preparation of motions and pleadings, conduct discovery, expert witness development and trial, negotiation skills
- Work effectively with other firm attorneys and professional staff.
- Personally provide timely and professional communications to clients.
- Effectively pursue business development initiatives and client relationships.
Required Education/Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to Ohio State Bar
- At least two years experience in civil litigation with a focus on Personal Injury law.
- Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources
- Excellent legal writing and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
