Ratzel & Associates LLC is an insurance defense firm looking to add a motivated attorney in its Brookfield office. We represent insurance companies and their insureds in the defense of a variety of claims, for example: personal injury, property damage, auto accidents, slip and fall claims, and construction and design cases, as well as commercial and condominium and professional liability litigation.The attorney will perform a wide range of tasks encompassing the full litigation process including:
- Draft pleadings
- Legal Research
- Brief Writing
- Motion Practice
- Depositions
- Trial Preparation
- Try Cases
Qualifications:
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently;
- Focus on attention to detail;
- High level of professionalism;
