Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
- Handle written discovery, including requests and responses
- Manage case deadlines, dockets, and client communications
- Communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, and judicial chambers
- Attend and conduct procedural and administrative hearings
- Support overall case strategy and litigation management
