What You'll Do:As a Litigation Attorney at Hefley Law, you will:
- Represent employers, carriers, and self-insured entities in WCAB litigation and administrative hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear at court hearings and conferences
- Engage in settlement negotiations and client strategy meetings
- Gain exposure to trial preparation and possible trial participation

Requirements:
- California Bar license (active and in good standing)
- 0–5+ years of experience in workers' compensation, civil litigation, or employment law preferred
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- Willingness to appear in court and engage directly with clients and witnesses
