What You'll Do:
As a Litigation Attorney at Hefley Law, you will:

Represent employers, carriers, and self-insured entities in WCAB litigation and administrative hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear at court hearings and conferences
Engage in settlement negotiations and client strategy meetings
Gain exposure to trial preparation and possible trial participation
Collaborate with top-tier clients and colleagues in a high-performance environment

Requirements:

California Bar license (active and in good standing)
0–5+ years of experience in workers' compensation, civil litigation, or employment law preferred
Strong legal writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational ability
Willingness to appear in court and engage directly with clients and witnesses
