Role Description:
This is not your run-of-the-mill lawyer job. We are seeking a strategic thinker, skilled advocate, and strong writer for a long-term Associate Attorney position.

From day one, you will handle complex litigation matters with national significance, enjoying direct client contact, meaningful courtroom experience, and substantial responsibility.

As a full-time, on-site associate in our Irvine office, you will collaborate closely with partners, manage case timelines, participate in client meetings, and shape how modern businesses navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litigation Support: Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda for high-stakes federal and state court matters.
  • Advisory & Compliance: Counsel clients on data privacy, TCPA, telecom, and consumer protection regulations.
  • Case Management: Collaborate with partners to manage case timelines, deliverables, and evidence.
  • Client & Court Appearances: Participate directly in client strategy meetings and legal proceedings.

Qualifications:
  • Education: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Experience: Experience in complex litigation, federal court procedures, or privacy/regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Mindset: A desire for a long-term role in a fast-growing firm, thriving under pressure and welcoming substantial accountability from day one.
