Applicants for this Associate role should have 3-5 years post-JD legal experience including managing discovery and possess strong legal writing and research skills. Experience litigating ERISA class actions or other cases involving complex financial products is a plus, but a strong litigation skill set is a must.
Some travel will be required as cases are being litigated across the country.
