We are eagerly looking for an Associate Immmigration Attorney to join our dynamic and culturally diverse team. What You'll Do:
- Engage casework focusing on family and humanitarian cases, with opportunities to handle state custody cases for special immigrant juveniles.
- Motivate, inspire, and drive the achievement of departmental and firm-wide goals.
- Provide direct guidance and legal strategy to Case Managers, ensuring excellence in every case.
- Conduct legal research, review filings, and troubleshoot legal strategies with creativity and precision.
- Meet with clients, addressing their concerns and shaping their legal strategies with compassion.
- Prepare clients for critical interviews and hearings, attending these proceedings as a fierce advocate.
- Achieve financial success while hitting measurable and clear goals.
- Collaborate with our management team, offering support and leadership across the firm.
- A Juris Doctor degree and admission to the New Mexico or another state bar.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- A strong commitment to a client-centered practice, with a high standard of excellence.
- One to three years of Immigration Law minimum experience required (as a practicing attorney).
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, effectively delegating and accepting delegation.
