Well-established and expanding Coral Springs law firm seeking a highly motivated full time 2-10 year associate, or an attorney with a portable book of business to consider for an of counsel position, to join its litigation team. Construction experience a plus. Salary/benefits commensurate with experienceResposibilities:
- Drafts and finalizes letters, pleadings, memoranda, discovery and other legal documents
- Assist with preparation and participate in depositions, trials, hearings and dispute resolution.
- Independently manage cases with minimal supervision.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including consensus building.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage case load.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
