Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) is seeking a highly capable, business-oriented Associate General Counsel to partner closely with leadership and operate as a trusted advisor across the company. This role goes beyond traditional legal support—it is about enabling growth, navigating regulatory complexity, and actively shaping outcomes alongside the business.

The Associate General Counsel will work across commercial, regulatory, employment, and operational matters, helping FHS scale responsibly in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities Strategic & Business Partnership
  • Act as a hands-on legal partner to business leaders, providing practical, actionable advice that enables growth while managing risk
  • Participate directly in key business decisions—demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a willingness to “put skin in the game”
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear business guidance

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Advise on U.S. regulatory matters impacting FHS, including medical device and healthcare regulations
  • Partner with Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance teams to support adherence to FDA and related regulatory frameworks
  • Support regulatory strategy, investigations, audits, and internal compliance initiatives

Employment & HR Partnership

  • Provide expert guidance on U.S. employment law, partnering closely with HR on employee relations, investigations, and policy development
  • Support executive leadership and HR on sensitive matters including terminations, disputes, and risk mitigation

Commercial & Corporate Legal

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (customers, suppliers, partners)
  • Provide legal support on strategic transactions, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Contribute to corporate governance, contract management, and risk frameworks

Disputes & Risk Management

  • Manage and mitigate legal risk across the business
  • Support litigation strategy and oversee outside counsel where applicable
  • (Nice to have) Prior experience as a U.S. litigator or managing litigation matters

What We're Looking For Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active U.S. bar membership
  • Significant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house), with strong U.S.-based practice depth
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Exposure to FDA or similar regulatory environments
  • Bonus: prior experience as a U.S. litigator
