- Manage and drive strategy for high-profile litigation and pre-litigation matters, including privacy litigation, consumer class actions, constitutional and commercial disputes, and other content-related matters
- Collaborate with and manage outside counsel
- Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks
- Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities in partnership with our world-class eDiscovery team
- Develop novel approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes
Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 8+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
- Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Experience managing high stakes, complex litigation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with technology companies
- Experience defending litigation with state and federal regulators
- Experience managing class actions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, both legal and non-legal
- Trial and appellate experience
