Description:
Job Description:We're looking for an Associate General Counsel to lead contract negotiation and risk management for our design and construction projects. In this role, you'll negotiate complex design-build and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) contracts, serve as trusted project counsel to our teams, and help resolve disputes practically and proactively — all in service of the trust our clients place in our firm. You'll also assist with the management of our professional liability, builder's risk, and construction-specific insurance program, and handle risk management, licensing, and corporate governance strategy across our architecture, engineering, and construction management entities.
This is a high-visibility role for an experienced construction/AEC attorney who wants to work closely with executive leadership and project teams, not just review paper from the sidelines.

- 5+ years in legal experience ideally with an Architecture, Engineering & Construction firm
