Position Overview:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join a small, agile legal team supporting the Corporate Solutions business. The position involves close collaboration with senior legal team members and cross-functional stakeholders, offering broad exposure to product development, commercial transactions, and strategic legal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Legal Support: Provide comprehensive legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and ongoing operations, enhancements, migrations, and potential sunset of the Corporate Solutions products.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including contracts with clients, vendors, strategic partners, and content providers.
Strategic Legal Counsel: Advise senior management on day-to-day legal matters related to products and commercial matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation.
Templates: Update and streamline legal templates and documentation to improve usability, clarity, and consistency across the business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Information Security, Product, Technology, Sales, and other business units to support initiatives and resolve legal issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Juris Doctor (or equivalent law degree) and a bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, preferably in-house and/or at a top law firm.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial technology transactions for a global business.
Extensive experience advising product and business teams on commercial, intellectual property, and data privacy matters.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with AI technology and also contracting using a contract lifecycle management platform is a plus.
