Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to address legal matters within specific departments and subject matter areas while maintaining close communication with colleagues to ensure an integrated, consistent approach to legal services.

In this role you will:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, distribution/reseller agreements, and procurement contracts.
  • Partner with procurement, sales, finance, operations, and product teams to structure and close business deals in a way that balances risk and value.
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice on contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution related to commercial arrangements.
  • Support ongoing improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify and manage legal risks related to commercial transactions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic goals.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact commercial activities and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training for internal teams on key legal and contract issues.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team on cross-functional matters.

Qualifications:
  • JD Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Advanced knowledge of general business and contract law
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong negotiation, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
