The legal team operates with a close-knit, roundtable culture built on collaborative, knowledge-sharing, and mutual trust. A successful hire will integrate quickly, build strong relationships with HR Business Partners across the system, and become a reliable, independent source of employment law counsel that the organization genuinely depends on.
