Summary:
Serves as a legal advisor to provide guidance on a variety of legal matters brought to the office of the general counsel. Provides legal opinions in reviewing and evaluating all organization contracts including physician contracts, managed care contracts, service agreements, supply chain agreements, real estate, and construction contracts. Provides support to general counsel and senior attorneys to achieve organizational goals and strategies and support overall legal compliance.

Education:
JD or LL.M from an ABA accredited law school

Experience:
Three to five years transactional/regulatory health law experience

Credentials:
Admission to the Florida Bar
