We are looking for an experienced attorney to provide legal advice to our network of branch teams and support to business leaders across the Firm. The individual selected for this role will enjoy the benefit of working for a well-established 100+ year-old Fortune 500 firm.

Hiring Minimum: $117,000
Hiring Maximum: $199,300
  • Juris Doctorate with exceptional academic credentials
  • License to practice law in Missouri or an ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive responsibility as an attorney in private practice, in the public sector, or in an in-house counsel capacity
  • Securities industry and/or litigation experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgment and an ability to appropriately assess risk
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment
