Associate With Gaming Experience
Greenberg Traurig is seeking an Associate for our Gaming Practice. Greenberg Traurig's global Gaming Practice advises clients on, among other things, licensing, regulation, compliance, and other operational matters. Our clients include casino owners, operators, and executives, sports wagering and igaming operators, gaming manufacturers and suppliers, Native American tribes, gaming industry suppliers/vendors, private equity firms, and investment banks. With offices in key gaming jurisdictions, state capitals, and financial centers throughout the United States, as well as a strong international presence, we provide our clients with localized knowledge and global reach.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in providing legal counsel in regulated gaming markets. The ideal candidate should have experience assisting clients in policy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters within the casino gaming and/or sports betting, industries and have experience managing or participating in gaming regulatory projects. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility. We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented associate. We are open to applicants willing to be based in our Chicago, Las Vegas, or Philadelphia offices. Admission to the Illinois Bar and/or Nevada Bar is preferred.

The expected pay range for this position is:
Chicago: $225,000- $310,000 per year
Las Vegas: $175,000 - $205,000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
