Seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our firmWe are looking for a highly motivated Family Law Attorney who knows how to manage their own caseload and has a positive and supportive attitude with both clients and co-workers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in family law.

We are based in The Woodlands, Texas and primarily handle cases out of Harris and Montgomery County. We handle Family Law and Estate Planning cases.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in family law.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to network and grow your contacts and referral sources
- Genuine interest in Family Law and/or Estate Planning and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters including, divorce, custody matters, modifications, enforcements, child support disputes, and more.
- Handle all aspects of a case including pre-litigation matters, court appearances, mediations, and trial matters, for clients assigned to attorney.
- Manage all aspects of your caseload, including working knowledge of discovery.
- Provide clients with empathetic and professional guidance throughout the legal process, with a holistic approach to assisting clients throughout the case as well as providing adequate resources for moving forward after the resolution of their case.
- Collaborate with other members of the firm as part of the team and be willing to step in to help whenever necessary
