0-5 years experience. Pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, judgments, discovery
Represent clients in court proceedings
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
Assist with trial preparation and strategy
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines

Skills:

Proficient in legal research methods and resources, such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
Excellent legal writing and drafting skills
Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in California
Experience working as an associate attorney or in a similar legal role is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
