About the Opportunity:Fairway Law Group is a growing family law firm with offices in Orlando and Deerfield Beach. We handle divorces, paternity, and modification cases. We're looking for an associate family law attorney who is client-focused, motivated, and wants to handle cases without being micro-managed.
How You'll Be Compensated
- Base salary of $100,000.00
- Objective, performance-based bonuses paid throughout the year
- Expected total compensation: $140,000+, depending on hours billed
What You'll Do:
- Manage your own caseload with real autonomy from day one
- Advise clients directly on strategy, case progress, and expected outcomes
- Draft motions, pleadings, and non-standard documents; conduct case law research
- Delegate paralegal-task work to support staff
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, mediations, depositions, and evidentiary hearings
- Review financial disclosures and discovery
- Accurately track and bill your time

Who We're Looking for:
Required:
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of family law experience is weighted heavily
- Strong phone presence and confidence communicating with clients under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
- You're motivated by objective performance metrics and want to see your effort directly rewarded
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't need a lot of hand-holding
- You take your ethical obligations seriously and take pride in doing right by clients
- You're want to grow as an attorney
