Starting Base Salary: $111,000 per yearVasquez de Lara Law Group is seeking an experienced and client-focused Associate Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in Miami.The Associate Attorney will independently manage a family law caseload, provide strategic guidance to clients, and work closely with attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law matters independently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, conferences, and trials.
• Provide clients with regular updates and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with the legal team to move cases forward efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active Florida Bar license.
• Previous family law experience.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, communication, and courtroom skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum collectible billable hours per month.
• Monthly email updates to all active clients.
• At least one client referral or new engagement per quarter.
• At least one five-star client review per quarter.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Miami, Florida, with a starting base salary of $111,000 per year.
