Driskell Law, LLC is a fast-growing family law firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but we accept cases throughout Oklahoma. We are seeking a high-performing Associate Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is organized, professional, client-focused, and ready to grow with a firm that values quality work and team culture.Compensation:
- $100,000–$150,000+ starting salary

Responsibilities:
- Manage a family law caseload, including divorce, custody, paternity, and support matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and case documentation
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association
- Family law experience required
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
