We're a boutique estate planning firm dedicated to helping families protect what matters most with warmth, integrity, and exceptional client care.About the RoleThe ideal candidate has experience in estate planning or a demonstrated desire to build a career in this area of law. You'll guide clients through deeply personal planning conversations, help them make confident decisions, and create customized plans that bring peace of mind.This position is commission-based, with compensation tied to the client work you complete, along with a generous bonus structure that rewards performance and growth. You'll have the flexibility and earning potential of an entrepreneur, backed by the support, reputation, and resources of an established firm. A genuine desire to educate, build trust, and inspire action is essential for success in this role.What You'll Do- Meet with clients to educate, advise, and develop personalized estate plans.
- Proactively build relationships and foster referrals through community engagement, networking, and educational events (some evenings required).
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to help clients move forward confidently.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality, efficient legal services.
- Take initiative to innovate, streamline, and improve client experience.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail in drafting, reviewing, and managing client files.
- Contribute ideas and leadership within a small, collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Minnesota attorney.
- Experience in estate planning or a clear commitment to learning this practice area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to connect, educate, and motivate.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building professional relationships.
- Thrives on developing trust and helping clients take the next step with confidence.
- Detail-oriented, personable, polite, and respectful in all interactions.
- Available to work from the office and occasionally in the evening for education events or client needs.
