Job Description:The New York and Washington, D.C. offices of An International Law Firm seek a 3rd – 5th year Associate with a Project Finance background to join its Energy Advisory group.

Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of project finance project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition
- Capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents (including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements (including tax equity), financing agreements and joint venture agreements
- Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required
- Strong academic credentials
- Must be admitted to practice in NY or Washington, D.C.
