Maynard Nexsen is seeking a highly motivated Employment Law and Litigation Associate to join their growing Labor & Employment Practice Group.Maynard Nexsen is a full-service law firm with more than 650 attorneys in 33 locations nationwide.
We are looking for a dynamic associate with at least 2-5 years of employment and litigation experience to join the team in Tennessee – Nashville or Knoxville. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and have a strong desire to participate in every stage of litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are required. Candidates must know how to work well on a team. Clerkship, law review, and excellent academic performance are highly valued.
