Criminal / Traffic Defense Associate Position
Description of Firm: The Law of Tony Huynh is looking for a Full Time Associate Position. Our office location is in Guilford County. However, our firm represents clients in multiple counties throughout all surrounding counties. Our main focus is Traffic and Criminal District Court / Superior Court.

Daily Responsibilities

Will be practicing in Criminal / Traffic District on a daily basis. Low Level Felonies.
Must be willing to commute daily (non-negotiable)--not a transactional position
Must Have Hiring Criteria:
Great Communication Skills: Will be negotiating with prosecutors, speaking in front of judges, and representing clients on a daily basis.
Commute: Will be practicing in Guilford, along with surrounding counties in District court
Time Management / Organizational Skills: Will be presenting multiple clients on a daily basis. Must be extremely organized, and have great time management skills.

Qualifications:

NC Bar Admission (REQUIRED)*
Recent Sitting for February 2024 Bar Exam --welcome to apply
Must have a valid driver license
Prior court experience preferred, but not necessary.
Second language (Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Salary:

Starting Salary between $74,000 - $80,000 depending on prior experience. Negotiable based on experience.
