- Negotiate plea agreements, settlement terms, or other resolutions with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Experience:
- Proven experience in general & commercial litigation, personal injury law, employment law, or criminal defense cases
- Demonstrated knowledge of procedural law, statutory research methods, and courtroom procedures
- Hands-on experience with legal drafting, motion preparation, trial preparation, and client communication
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis is essential for effective case analysis
- Prior law office experience involving legal negotiation, advocacy, and administrative tasks is highly desirable
