The Opportunity:
We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Associate Counsel to join Commvault's Trust Team, which encompasses the legal, security and corporate development functions. This role offers a unique blend of transactional, advisory, and cross-functional legal work, primarily supporting the Americas region while also assisting in international matters. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably in the tech industry, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Do...
  • Review, draft, negotiate and close revenue-generating contracts, procurement contracts, NDAs and other commercial agreements.
  • Primarily support the Americas Legal team and Trust teams while also providing cross-functional assistance.
  • Conduct legal research and advise on various matters pertinent to the business, such as privacy, data security, etc.
  • Marketing collateral reviews.
  • Assist with corporate governance and secretarial matters.

Who You Are...
  • Member in good standing of an accredited bar.
  • 2-4 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Commercial acumen and an interest in understanding business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of data security and privacy laws is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work within a dynamic, global team environment.
