Description:Summary: Provides guidance and advisory support to all departments on legal matters and represents Rivers on certain civil litigation, employment and regulatory matters.

Essential Job Functions:
- Represent Rivers in a variety of civil litigation matters.
- Represent Rivers in connection with employment and labor law disputes.
- Draft and review contracts on behalf of Rivers.
- Provide legal advice to all Rivers departments.
- Assist the General Counsel on all Rivers matters including various administrative duties.
- Independently manage an active caseload.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Law Degree from ABA accredited law school
- Member of Pennsylvania Bar.
- 3+ years' litigation experience, with an emphasis on personal injury, labor and employment; workers compensation experience a plus.
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
- Ability to lead a team as well as roll up your sleeves and work independently.
- A conceptual thinker with strong vision, judgment and intellect with ability to work quickly on and prioritize a wide variety of projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members at all levels.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick deadlines and multiple demands.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
