Associate Counsel
We seek an Associate Counsel to join our Americas legal team in our Chicago (IL) office. Our legal team reviews contracts, advises the firm on matters of legal consequence, and proactively assesses and manages the firm's risk exposure. The legal team is responsible for staying abreast of legal developments impacting the firm on a global basis and then advising the firm based on the changing legal landscape.

What You'll Do  
Support global contracting process, which includes tasks such as:
  • Reviewing, revising and negotiating client agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, software licensing agreements, data access agreements, data processing agreements etc.;
  • Drafting and managing ZS form contracts;
  • Responding to legal queries for client Request for Proposals (RFP/RFIs)
  • Helping to manage the overall contracting processes;
  • Assist in providing legal support to business functions and across various client practice areas;
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring  
  • Law degree with strong academic background required
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, International legal experience and foreign language competencies preferred
  • Superior oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills
