Job Details:This position will provide legal assistance and will be responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to FPI and the Medical Service Plan (MSP) participating entities (i.e., physician practice groups (each a “PA ‘, collectively, the “PAs”) affiliated with FPI).
Education and/or Experience:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. Health Law Certificate from the University of Maryland School of Law or a similarly situated program preferred
- Admission to the Maryland Bar
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience as practicing attorney
- Health care, corporate and privacy experience is preferred
