Clario is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel, Compliance & Regulatory to lead and support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives across our global operations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical business practices. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage risk and drive compliance excellence.What we offer:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives across clinical technology and life sciences domains
- Advise on Sunshine Act reporting obligations; anti-corruption/anti-bribery compliance (FCPA, AML, KYC); antitrust; government contracting compliance obligations; and other applicable regulatory frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop and enhance internal policies and controls
- Investigate potential violations of law and company policy; oversee whistleblower reporting program
- Deliver compliance training and day-to-day compliance support to internal teams
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts
- Support reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee
- Assist with M&A due diligence
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and support audits as needed
- Support UBO/KYC and AML diligence requests
- Contribute to legal entity maintenance and governance
What we look for:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of legal and compliance experience in-house or at a law firm
- Life sciences or clinical trials experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to assess compliance risks and provide pragmatic compliance counsel
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and business acumen
- Skilled at translating legal risk into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
