Position Summary:
Shutts & Bowen's Jacksonville office is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of Construction Litigation experience to join its Construction Litigation Practice Group. This role will work closely with Construction partners who represent a wide variety of clients in complex, large dollar construction disputes. Top academic credentials and excellent litigation skills are highly preferred. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment and must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic Construction Litigation practice where one can gain responsibility, client interaction, and trial experience. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar. Candidate must have relevant complex litigation experience, ideally with a focus on Construction matters.
