We are looking for an associate with 1-3 years' experience to join our complex litigation group.Our complex litigation group handle high-stakes, complicated cases. Our practice requires us to understand and index an enormous set of facts, documents, and transactions, conduct high-end analyses and research, and communicate it all clearly and succinctly to clients and courts.
Our ideal candidate is highly intelligent and motivated, is an independent, creative thinker, a self-starter, is willing to put in the work to become an excellent writer, dislikes a routine, cookie-cutter practice, and is determined to be a superb lawyer. We pride ourselves on training our lawyers to be recognized as the best in the business.
As an associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with lead attorneys on a variety of complex cases, including shareholder disputes, intellectual property cases, breach of contract matters, and business torts. You will be expected to take ownership of cases from beginning to end. The position requires significant research and legal drafting, excellent communication skills, commitment to our clients' causes, and a genuine desire to learn something new every day.
