The Law Offices of Riemenschneider & Lindsey is seeking an attorney to join our litigation practice. Our firm handles a wide array of matters, representing diverse clients with a particular emphasis on civil litigation defense.

We invite applications for a full-time attorney position in a collegial suburban setting. The successful candidate will manage a variety of legal matters, including premises liability and motor vehicle liability cases. Candidates should possess a license to practice in Pennsylvania or be pending admission. Admission to New Jersey or a willingness to seek admission is a plus. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional writing and research abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proven capacity to meet deadlines independently.

Key Responsibilities include:

Conducting legal research .
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Representing clients in civil litigation, encompassing hearings and trials.
Preparing comprehensive legal correspondence and memoranda.
Exploring alternative dispute resolution methods when warranted.
Remaining current with applicable laws and regulations to ensure sound legal advice.
Collaborating with colleagues on complex cases requiring interdisciplinary expertise.
