The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Litigation Attorney to manage consumer protection and employment matters from intake through resolution. This is a permanent position with a direct path to leadership within a growing national practice.

This position is fully remote. In person attendance will be required for depositions, hearings, mediations, and firm meetings as needed.
What you will do:
- Manage consumer protection and employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Develop case strategy and case valuation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Prepare matters for hearings and trial
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing, or awaiting bar results
- 1 to 7 years of litigation experience preferred
- Employment litigation experience preferred
- Consumer protection litigation experience preferred
- Federal court experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
