What You'll Do:
- Work directly with clients from day one, managing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases start to finish.
- Appear in court, handle hearings, and advocate for clients.
- Develop bankruptcy expertise with full mentorship, training, and excellent support staff.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment with no toxic law firm culture.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and Idaho State Bar admission (or eligible soon)
- Bankruptcy experience helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Excellent Customer Support skills
- Genuine desire to help others
- Ability to manage cases efficiently
