Summary:We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team at Rauser & Associates. In this role, you will provide legal counsel and representation to clients seeking bankruptcy relief, ensuring they understand their rights and options. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients regain control of their financial futures.
- No experience necessary
- Will guide clients through the consumer bankruptcy process
- Paid time off, 401k, 401k profit sharing, health benefits year end bonus
- Salaried position -Pay commensurate with experience
- Full time position , Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Typically a 40 hour work week
- This position is for a licensed attorney
- Recent graduates awaiting bar results considered

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on bankruptcy cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions and motions.
- Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations with creditors.
- Advise clients on their rights and options under the bankruptcy code.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation using Westlaw and other legal resources.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases to develop effective strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy law and regulations to provide informed advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
- Experience in bankruptcy law is preferred but not required.
