Workers' Compensation - Associate
A growing defense firm in the West Loop is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team. The Associate Attorney will manage workers' compensation defense cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, settling claims, and advocating for clients in court and arbitration. This individual will work with managing partners to build client relationships and provide excellent results for our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Independently manage your caseload involving workers' compensation matters, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects
Represent clients in a wide range of litigation claims
Regularly handle court appearances, conduct depositions and trials
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
