Associate Attorney – Workers Compensation Anderson, Julian & Hull | Boise, IdahoAnderson, Julian & Hull is a well-established litigation firm in the Treasure Valley with a reputation built on skilled, strategic workers compensation defense work. We're looking for an associate attorney who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility, work alongside seasoned litigators, and grow within a firm that invests in its people.
What You'll Do:
You'll be an active member of our insurance defense team — not just supporting from the sidelines. Your work will span the full lifecycle of litigation matters, including:
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Managing cases and developing litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Appearing at court hearings and depositions
- Advising on risk and defense strategy across a diverse caseload
What We're Looking For:
- Active Idaho bar license, or eligibility for reciprocal admission
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Prior litigation experience, with insurance defense exposure preferred
- Someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is ready to hit the ground running
