Description:

A successful addition to our team will need the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Workers' Compensation Litigation, including depositions, court appearances, trials, and drafting legal motions/trial briefs.
  • Good standing in the California State Bar.
  • Experience in legal research (LexisNexis a plus).
  • Computer skills required to efficiently utilize case management system.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize their own case load, with supervision from managing partner and/or senior attorneys.
  • Ability to drive to and from court appearances, client meetings, etc. in Southern California, as needed.
  • Ability to provide prompt and thorough communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
  • Work well independently, but also willing and able to collaborate with clients and fellow attorneys to achieve the best results in each case.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to providing excellent legal services.
