We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Duties:

Conduct legal research and analysis using Lexis-Nexis and other resources to support case preparation and litigation.
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for personal injury cases , including motor vehicle accidents, fall down accidents, products liability, etc.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and arguments.
Conduct client meetings, interrogatories, depositions, arbitrations, trial preparations, negotiating settlements and trials.
Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.

Experience:

New Jersey Licensed Attorney who has a passion to fight for clients.
Proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Experience with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and the ability to conduct thorough research.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
