The Opportunity:
Join a high-performing employment litigation team taking on major corporations and sophisticated defense firms in complex Wage & Hour Class Action and PAGA matters. As an Associate Attorney, you will take meaningful ownership of your cases while working alongside accomplished litigators. You will sharpen your strategy, writing, and advocacy skills through hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and increasing responsibility in high-stakes litigation.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a docket of Wage & Hour Class Action and PAGA matters with support from senior attorneys and litigation staff
  • Develop case strategies for matters in California state and federal courts
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and other substantive legal filings
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases toward successful resolution
  • Communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategy
  • Contribute to trial preparation and other critical phases of litigation

What We're Looking For:
  • At least two years of experience handling Wage & Hour, PAGA, or Class Action matters
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Strong litigation, legal research, and analytical skills
  • Persuasive written and oral advocacy
  • Sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex situations
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Deposition, mediation, or motion-hearing experience preferred
  • Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation:
Compensation range based on experience: $140,000 - $275,000 plus performance-based incentives
