Wells, Jaworski & Liebman, LLP is a prominent and established Bergen County law firm and currently seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Paramus office.

Candidates will have 1-5 years of Tax, Trusts and Estates legal experience. Knowledge in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Tax Planning and Elder Law is helpful, and we are willing and able to teach the right candidates this area of law. This is a prime apportunity for someone at the beginning of their legal career who is interested in learning all aspects of estate planning and administration from an experienced, close-knit team that will be growing and expanding its footprint in NJ. Our associate attorneys work closely with all members of the department in creating estate plans based on clients' individual needs, including sophisticated tax planning, drafting, and legal research, and all aspects of estate administration.

Membership to the NJ Bar is a must; and license in NY is also preferred. LL.M in Taxation is preferred.
